bababos is a fast-growing startup with a vision to create equal opportunities for SME manufacturers to grow and thrive, both locally and globally. We accomplish this by providing SME manufacturers with access to a wide range of raw materials at competitive prices through demand aggregation and flexible payment terms. We believe that every SME manufacturer, no matter how small, should have the ability to compete with larger players on an equal playing field.

As a Creative Designer at bababos, you will be a vital contributor to our visual identity and brand presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and impactful designs that captivate our target audience and elevate our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise visuals based on brief and present ideas.

  • Work with the Content Writer to produce marketing and communications materials.

  • Ensure all materials are visually appealing and on-brand.

Key Requirements

  • Proven graphic designing experience min. 5-7 years.

  • Familiarity with Canva and other design platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work methodically, and meet deadlines.

  • A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related fields is a plus.

  • Design portfolio needed.
