Your responsibilities will include

• Creating the user experience and UI of digital products & features from conception to launch in partnership with the Product and Tech Team

• Applying design thinking processes in projects and collaborating with stakeholders to translate customers’ needs into design prototypes.

• Designing information documentation and organization to improve access and findability.

• Maintaining design systems and creating designs that address different use scenarios.

• Working with a cross-functional team and stakeholders (business, tech, marketing) to develop effective and sustainable outcomes.

• Providing strategic solutions for early-stage project planning

• Designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces

Skills required

• You have 3 to 4+ years working as a UIUX designer, UI designer, or similar role in a consulting, digital agency, or in-house environment

• You are detail-oriented, analytical, and have a curious mindset. Ability to rapidly ideate and produce multiple UX/UI concepts

• You have a strong sense of curiosity and take initiative to improve and enhance the current state of the product.

• You have a portfolio with projects that capture your thought process and demonstrate a great understanding of people, products, and/or services

• You are highly skilled in visual design software with tools such as Figma, Invision, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite

• You are comfortable working in an agile environment

• You have great design sense and critical thinking skills

• You have the ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
