Collects and influence usability metrics to assess the performance of the product. Clarify the assigned research scope, including its goals, requirements, and expectations.
Provide mentoring and support to other team members and help evolve the interaction design capability to meet dynamic needs
Participate in generative and evaluate research
If required, facilitate design workshops. By Initiate, organise, and execute multidisciplinary and cross-functional workshops that consider holistic aspects of user desirability, business viability, and technological feasibility for products and features across the business domains
You will contribute and maintain to the visual designs and eFishery Design System, test the specifications for new visual ideas and interaction
Being thinking parnter for your stakheholder by understand the project context based on stakeholders' goals, requirements, and expectations, and clarify when required
Influence to optimise way of working for interaction design & visual design craft

What you will need to be succeed

Excellent communication skills and good at facilitation
At least 5 years of experience and portfolio in product design
Experience in IxD Digital Product (Figma, similar prototyping tools)
Punctual person or good at time management
Willing to travel to rural areas
